Extraction Services

KeyLeaf is one of the few facilities in North America that has pilot-scale, solvent-rated, extraction capabilities.

We have extensive Class 1, Division 1 (C1D1) safety features for handling food grade solvents, which gives us the ability to reclaim and reuse the solvents we use during extraction. This is a value-added service that is good for the environment and for cost reduction.

Aqueous
Water/ethanol-based extraction of various starting materials
Flammable
Solvent-based extraction of various materials

KeyLeaf has the capabilities to extract from the following materials by:

Traditional oilseed extraction
